Anita is an accomplished facilitator, presenter and speaker. She draws on her deep functional expertise in organisation development, high performance cultures, leadership and employee engagement to help clients achieve business and personal development objectives. She promotes and encourages meaningful dialogue in organisations. She uses her skills as a psychologist to understand human behaviour, to focus on the strengths and well-being of each individual and to help leaders create connected and high performing teams.

Anita has successfully delivered services across a wide range of industries including local and state government, manufacturing, finance, retail and banking. She has worked with many large organisations including DELWP, Thales, Pacific Hydro, Monash University, Coles Myer, Batessmart, Arts Centre Melbourne and Catholic Education Melbourne.

Anita develops bespoke leadership programs, team development sessions and workshops that are designed in collaboration with clients and are tailored to suit the team and business context.
